Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Personnel (Business Development Executives) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads, prospecting potential clients through various channels.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.
  3. Marketing Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales-focused marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Provide insights from the field to enhance marketing initiatives and messaging.
  4. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Networking and Events:
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections.
    • Represent the company professionally and contribute to its visibility.


  • Education: Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Marketing Insight: Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams. A good understanding of the Digital world is a plus 🙂
  • Market Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and basic internet applications.
  • Social Media: A good understanding of social media, a good amount of followers on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube is a plus.
