We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Personnel (Business Development Executives) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Marketing Collaboration:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Networking and Events:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to its visibility.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Marketing Insight: Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams. A good understanding of the Digital world is a plus 🙂
- Market Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective goals.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and basic internet applications.
- Social Media: A good understanding of social media, a good amount of followers on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube is a plus.
